If I could do negative stars I would. Booked a trip online a full day ahead of time for the next morning at 530am. Got email confirmation stating that it was booked. 530 came, the 540 at which time I called. I was told "oh, it looks like no one bid that pickup" WHAT is that, no one bid the pickup. I said that I needed a car that I was already late heading to work now. Was told that there might be someone around, but they were 20 minutes away. Told them that it was unacceptable and that wouldn't work. Was told then "Ok, sorry" in a very condescending uncaring voice. Will not use them again EVER nor recommend them EVER! Will ride my bide 10 miles in the snow first.

I actually worked for them..and yes they are horrible..I was known as cash cab....played trivia for discounted ride....a real enjoyable ride..I was popular and in demand...David Mullin fired me because his other drivers were jealous..

It's no wonder that the comments about this company are so poor. I live in Fort Collins, Co., and when I called the manager Dave Mullen to complain about the service we received, he essentially told me to take my business elsewhere. If that's who the management is, then why expect good service. They ARE AWFUL!!!!! Takes hours to get there and they act like they're providing you with a service so "take what you get". TERRIBLE. Fort Collins, CO...wake up and get another service that is customer friendly to compete with these ASSHOOLES!!!

i agree with all these post the operators are Never professional and U are Never Assured they will come. I like this one "i'll let them know " LOL wtf.. i seriously have seen so many pple call a cab ahead of time and wait forever! they just pick up who ever they feel like. they nvr stop for u when they are driving by etc etc etc. they dont do " reservations " just " ill let them know " LOL pathetic service. If your not good with one of these drivers by repeat business and their personal # URE SCREWED! CUSTOMERS SPEAK UP TELL YOUR STORY PLS! customers speaking online and where we spend out money is the only way to make a difference!

this company is the worst they take hours to come and they have not showen up twice and the operator is the most unpleasant person i have spoken to in my life. dont call them ever its a waste of time and an unpleasent expirience

This company is awful! It took them over an hour to send me a cab on multiple occasions, and the operator is possibly the most unpleasant person in Colorado. I will never call them again.
